Temporary converted files are world-readable

While processing a file, it can be found that in /tmp the origin file can only be read by the www-data user (rw), while the destination file can be read by anyone (rwrwr). Maybe setting umask can help in this case.

Using the latest release 1.6.5 on NC 25.0.1.
