HPS replies larger than MTU will be returned subsequently

Very strange bug: If you do a hps: request to a iotsa device that returns a reply smaller than the HPS maximum of 512 but larger than the negotiated BLE MTU size it works fine.

But subsequent HPS requests will continue getting this large reply.

The bug is somewhere in the iotsa device code, because rebooting the device fixes it, for now.
