many pingrequests without status

The pingrequests table has 5000 entries that have no subscribers, no ok, no reping, no `error.

Shouldn't they get deleted? Maybe related to #3?

todo:

  • delete pingrequests to topics without subscribers
  • store last pingrequest/publish request in topic record
