simple sincere suggestions for enhancement: fontsize, line space, image resizing

Nice extension, kudos for the hard work. In markdown editor, the font size is currently fixed and too small for long writing sessions. It would be great to have a setting to adjust the font size. The line spacing is excessively large; you could either reduce the default size or add a setting for line spacing as well. It would also be beneficial if images supported frame resizing by dragging.
