【需求】支持 plantUML 渲染 & 编辑模式配置

使用版本：v3.0.0

  1. 不支持 plantUML 渲染，是否可以支持下？
  2. 默认想使用 即时渲染（IR）模式，是否可以支持下？

第二点+1，希望可以默认使用即时渲染模式，现在都要快捷键自己手动改一下
