Display screen not fix

The display screen is to big, all options can't be seeing. W11 Laptop Dell Inspiron 14, and doesn't work. After open Photoshop not valid activation msg is showing. Before I was parched with AdobeGenP v3.3.16.1 and was working until today. I tried to restore files and then parched again but unsuccessfully image
