Folder structure

What should be the folder structure of videos to be used by Vatic?

I have the following structure:

0 --> 0, 1, 2, .... 1 --> 0, 1, 2, .... ...... Where each of the subfolders contains 41 frames. Can you please tell me how to use this directory structure with Vatic? I tried formatframes options. It does not seem to work properly.

The structure is Vatic Folder -> (0, 1, 2, ...) -> (0, 1, 2, ...) -> 100 images

More clearly, each folder can contain up to 100 objects until the next folder is created. These objects can be folders or jpgs depending on the level you're at.
