Add section list filter/search bar to project detail view

It can be cumbersome to find relevant sections in the project detail view's sidebar if the list size is large (e.g. requires scrollbar usage). It would be helpful if there was a search bar (akin to the entity browser) that allows users to type in the section name partially and possibly wildcards. Sections would be hidden if they do not match the filter, allowing the user to find the section(s) they need.
