All media breadcrumb from annotator search parameter

There are two breadcrumbs from annotator back to project detail --

1. Project name,
2. All Media

If you get to annotator from a filtered view of project detail page, these two breadcrumbs link respectively to:

1. project detail no params
2. project detail with "search" param

Search is filtering down the results, but it is not updating the filter conditions in the filter bar which makes it hard to determine the state of the UI.

The cards were updated to pass the filter param "filterConditions" required for updating the filter bar to annotator link, but there must be something specific in breadcrumbs required to fix this completely. Also, it is possibly confusing to have 2 breadcrumbs link to the same page, and we could save space if we reduce it.... Further I think if it is filtered maybe the text says "back to filtered results" versus "all media" --> or we just drop the idea of maintaining the filter in the breadcrumb.
