New folder right click broken in some cases

Minor edge case bug :: If a folder is created via the "New folder" link in the left panel of project detail page, the right click functionality to "Rename" and "Delete" don't work.

You can still rename from the "section-more" menu or if the page is refreshed.

New folders made from the card's "more-menu" are not impacted with this bug.

In addition to this, if a section is renamed, and the user starts uploading media to that section - it creates a new section with the old name and the media is stored there. The user is then left with two sections - the renamed section and a section with the original name.
