Elipses menu is hidden when card in broken state

Cards in a broken state are not allowing access to the menu to delete that specific card. There is a related issue where some attributes are not cleared if they are no present on card refresh -- suspect "href" of the card's link.

Broken cards should not be clickable to a page. They should be deletable using the media-more menu.
