Project Settings - New Versions aren't updating across all forms
When setting up a user, we add a version named for them, then we use that as "default" when membership is added.
A new version should update the list in Version, and Membership forms, but it seems there is a bug.
The versions and memberships that are there on page load receive the update, but both newly added Versions, and Memberships (which need them most!) are the same as the list on page load.
