Log anomalies in video playback persistently (to grafana, kibana, or something)

This should be a modal that can be opened and reviewed by the user (without having to open up the browser's console). The modal should be accessible via the video options menu in the annotator. The text should have a copy button that can be used by the user to send to the admins. There also should be some visual indication (like a small SVG or red dot). It should be discrete enough to not distract the user.

This should be extended to errors in general.

Would be nice if some other utilities can be added (e.g. latency recording like fast.com)
