Update entity browser grouping options

Problem The current entity browser grouping options is limited to strings and enums. It also does not use the visible flag and uses the order field only. This limits some of the grouping usage.

Request

• Add a not-groupable option to the style for a given attribute type
• Utilize the visible flag
• Allow option at the localization / state type level to dictate the order either by using the order field or alphabetically.
• Allow numerical and boolean attributes to be groupable
