Allow copying an existing localization to another type with the same dtype

Problem If a user accidentally creates a polygon, it's possible they did not realize it's not the correct type. They currently have to redraw the localization again in the UI.

Request Allow an option to copy over the shape of a polygon to another type (but the same dtype). Attributes can be left at defaults/null. It shouldn't delete the old localization so the user can refer back to it and transfer the appropriate information over before manual deletion.
