Add attribute to state -> make visible by default, add scrollbar

Currently, when adding an attribute, the default value for 'visible' property is set to false. Furthermore, users must scroll to view this property, but there is no indication that a user can scroll in this dialog.

Proposed solution: add a scroll bar and set the 'visible' default value to true when new attributes are added.
