Organizational frontend has navigation challenges

The various navigation elements on organization settings (or project settings) aren't actual links. An example is "View/Edit Project" when going from organization setting page to a child project. Because its a faux link, the browser shortcut of "Ctrl" doesn't work.

This may run afoul of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. A navigation item that looks and acts like a link, but isn't a link, may confuse people with disabilities who may be using computer aids.
