Add launch workflow option to project-detail bulk edit mode

Problem The only method to launch an algorithm (via the UI) is on an individual media card or at the section level. It is cumbersome to make potentially many (project-wide) saved searches to launch a workflow on a subset of media.

Request In bulk-edit mode, add an option in the bottom UI to click on a menu of registered workflows, and then click on a workflow to launch on the selected media.
