[BUG] Image-DataType Media Resizes to (0,0) in Annotation view

From the Media Gallery View, clicking on an Image MediaType media brings user to the Annotation View for the image, but the image does not appear.

Browser console log for the annotation view implies that the image fails to correctly resize.

This happens with all images in this media gallery. Example image was 655x187px: IFCB1_2006_161_135728_00813
