Update last visited bookmark to use most recent annotator URL

Problem Current Last visited bookmark is only set at initialization in the annotator page. This may not be useful to users who wish to know which frame they were last at.

Request Update the Last visited bookmark whenever the URL is updated in the annotator (e.g. at frame pause, version change). This will help users go back to where they left off if they were annotating a video.
