Prevent user from drawing outside of the canvas

Problem While drawing localizations, users can click on areas outside of the canvas, which will yield an invalid point when posting/patching a localization.

Request Ideally the drawing tools will snap the points to the edge (0 or 1) and prevent an invalid point from being created.
