Keep both the save dialog and the frame canvas in view

Problem Currently the user must use the page scroll to navigate down to the bottom of a large attribute list in the save dialog. This brings the video frame / image out of view. The annotator has to page scroll up and down multiple times to fill in the attributes.

Request Make the save dialog scrollable (similar to the entity browser's attribute panels) so that the annotation's canvas is always in view. This will help improve annotation efficiency in projects with large attribute lists.
