Fix issues with section listing in project detail view

Note: This can likely be solved when any frontend work for nested sections get executed.

• If a section name is long, it gets truncated with ... --- however on mouseover, the full name is revealed.
• If you have a section selected, and right click another, and hit delete --- It deletes the selected section, not the one you right clicked.
