Add section parameter to annotator link in localization gallery

Problem In the localization gallery, if the user clicks on the Annotator link, the section parameter is not applied. The annotator breadcrumbs default to All Media.

Request If the media is associated with a section, apply the section parameter so the user can navigate to that section afterward.
