Boxes are not always drawn on the annotator canvas

Problem Users have reported an intermittent issue where a box that is saved. The box exists in the database and shows up in the entity browser, but there are times the box is not drawn during playback. Sometimes it won't appear during forward playback, but it'll be displayed when the user rewinds back. Reloading the video can make this problem go away. This is problematic for any QA/QC workflow.

Request Fix bug - boxes should always be drawn regardless of the playback mode in 1x.

This also can occur while paused.

I believe this was resolved in some of the animator fixes for 1.2.0; have we been able to confirm if the issue is still occurring on early access?
