Generally the handling of ffmpeg not returning 0 could be enhanced.

Look at https://argoproj.github.io/argo-workflows/workflow-archive/ to see if that can be used to make log retrieval possible in the platform vs. needing admin privileges to an artifact bucket per @jrtcppv's suggestion.

Generally curious if piggybacking a long-standing request to have 'GetLogsByMediaId' REST call is a possibility on this issue.
