Incorrect algorithm manifest path in project settings

Problem When uploading a new manifest file in the Project Settings / Algorithm page, an extra /media/ is appended to the path. [The file cannot be viewed and subsequently the workflow cannot access the newly uploaded manifest.][UPDATE: this is incorrect, the workflow still launches correctly] It has not been tested if this problem occurs when creating a new algorithm.

Request This should be fixed such that there is only one /media/ path prefix.

Correction - the workflow still launches, but the listed path is incorrect and not viewable via the admin panel or within project settings.
