Display frame-associated, no interpolation states in entity timeline

Problem Frame-associated states are only displayed in the annotator's entity timeline if they have latest interpolation. Frame-associated states that have none for their interpolation value should be represented on the entity timeline too.

Request These types of states should be displayed on its own bar denoted with triangles wherever the events are. The currently selected state should be a white triangle while the other states should be some other user-defined color (similar to the other entities). This would help visualize things like notes and/or events at certain times in the video.
