There is a use case to include installers on hosts with no internet access. I think we could include a way to install via a local path to start out.

This was completed with #128 and released in v0.13.0

Actually this probably is not the same, currently this just allows you to download from a custom URL. This does not allow you to install from a local file that is downloaded somewhere else.
