Add feeder for https://emb3d.mitre.org/. Please review I am working now on website to display new feeder

Looks pretty good, I'll review tomorrow.

If you have a minute, you can try to fix the Github actions (right now, it's failing because poetry.lock is not in sync with pyproject), but I can deal with it while merging tomorrow.

Created new poetry.lock by poetry update . have no idea if correctly
