Enable Drag Option for Objects in 3D View

Hi Team, How to enable drag option for added objects in 3D view. The drag option is available in 2D view and if a user needs to relocate it in 3D view, then there is no option to do that. Also adding objects in 3D view is not possible. How to enable them both?
