Unable to export tags in CVAT for video

Steps to Reproduce

Create a task and annotate it with couple of tracks + place some tags in it Export in cvat for video I give an example of the same task for cvat for images and cvat for video. In "images" there are tags, in "video" - there are not. task_test-2023_11_28_08_47_41-cvat for images 1.1(1).zip task_test-2023_11_28_08_47_41-cvat for video 1.1.zip

Expected Behavior

I see the documentation https://opencv.github.io/cvat/docs/manual/advanced/formats/format-cvat/#cvat-for-video-export - CVAT for video supports tag export. But in fact it is not true

CVAT for Video actually does not have tags. Is it expected or a bug? If to believe our documentation, it is a bug

@mdacoca, It seems like a documentation error added in the last docs update.
