Add a warning on dataset export about unsupported annotations

There is a number of issues where users get surprised their annotations were not exported into a dataset format, when the format does not support. Maybe, we should add format metainfo in the server response and display in the UI supported annotation types for the selected format? Or, we could try to show a warning, if the task / project has unsupported annotations by the format.
