Notifications for annotators and reviewers

My actions before raising this issue

• [x] Searched past issues It is very inconvenient that after setting Job for validation, the reviewer does not receive any notification with a link to the job. Also, assignee is not notified of the end of validation. A large project is difficult to navigate, so a notification with a link to Job would greatly simplify the job evaluation process.

Expected Behaviour

After Requesting a review, the reviwer receives a notification in the GUI or e-mail with information about the assignee, a link to the Job. After the end of the validation, the assignee receives either a message about the successful validation, or about the number of Issues that need to be corrected and link to the Job.

Current Behaviour

No notifications after requesting a review or finishing validation.

Possible Solution

Add notifications either to GUI, or e-mail for both, assignee and reviewer.

Context

It is difficult to navigate in large project, and it slows down the validation process.
