Adding Magic Wand increases annotation speed in case of not having pre-trained models (enhancement)

My actions before raising this issue

Adding Magic Wand as it is in other annotation tools and photo editing softwares such Gimp or Photoshop is helpful in case no pre-trained model exists.

Now we are working on OpenCV.js integration & using some features from there. It looks like one more feature to this task.

OpenCV Intelligent scissors was implemented in #2689. They are not exactly Magic Wand from photoshop, but looks similar. In the future it is also possible implement magic wand. I'll move the issue to backlog.

That is completely different and doesn't speed up the labeling of sausages.
