windows 10 installation

When I try to install pytrec_eval via pip install pytrec_eval, I am getting this error. ERROR: Could not build wheels for pytrec_eval, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects win 10 and python 3.9.0

I have the same problem, and have not solved it.
