What

Added -date / -d {date iso8601} to return only issues updated from date specified(yyyy-MM-DD) or if not specified, current date - 1 year) Update doc with new option.

Why

Filter issues updated too long ago that probably no longer need to be resolved

How

Added business login in lib/util.js and bin/good-first-issue.js
