API documentation link is broken

There has never been documentation online for Cutelee. It was pointing to the original docs for Grantlee, but grantlee.org is down (see also: https://steveire.wordpress.com/2022/11/11/grantlee-version-5-3-1-now-available/)

I've setup a GitHub Actions workflow for auto-generating the Cutelee docs, and pushing them to a separate branch to be published by GitHub Pages. The resulting docs for my fork are here: https://pcolby.github.io/cutelee/

I'll submit a PR next, so this can be generated by this cutelyst/cutelee repo, if the Cutelyst team would like to host the docs that way for now 😄
