无法连接8300，且无法初始化

感谢大佬，向您学习，麻烦大佬指导一下，感谢 问题1： 执行 http://127.0.0.1:8300/shop/api/insecure/re_init 报错如下： {"errorCode":404,"message":"{timestamp=Mon Jan 04 14:26:19 CST 2021, status=404, error=Not Found, message=Not Found, path=/shop/api/insecure/re_init}"}

问题2:

能正常打包，能正常启动，但是访问 http://127.0.0.1:8300无效果
