Unable to remove unknown service hassio/homeaddon_update

I have installed the remote add-on some times ago ( a time where there were no checkboxes...)

Today I realized that the add-on gives the error "hassio.addon_update is not a valid option" when I try to reconfigure it. Is there a way to get rid of this service?

In the Logs (Master Node) I can see this:

WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.core] Unable to remove unknown service hassio/homeaddon_update

Same thing with me and there is no way to reconfigure this plugin aside from starting from scratch removing it and go again and again. This used to work quite well. Now this plugin is not working correctly...
