Missing possibility to set prefix and define includes/excludes already at setup

Adding a remote node via ui, causes all the remote entities to show up in my local ha. Adding a prefix as a second step makes all the initial entities to remain in history. I would prefer to be able to define IP-adress and prefix, includes and excludes in one go, before pressing the button to connect and start receiving the states.
