[Bug]: Remove bluepy from beacon script

What happened?

Bluepy support is going to be deprecated in the next HA update (2022.7). Afaik BLE monitor isn't using Bluepy, only in a stand alone script, it is used as example to get the beacon key. It would be good to update the script to use something else. De devs of HA suggest BLEAK
