Secondary info not displaying for non-administrator users

I only see the secondary info when logged in with an “administrator” user. I use a non-admin user with kiosk mode on my tablets and I do not see the secondary info. When I switch the tablet user to admin I do.

possibly a dupe of #46, besides both being documented problems with no actual solutions
