Need away of using the main entity and then a second sensor for the numeric value to put the ring color

Need away of using the main entity if it i enum value (high, low, medium) (used a Jinja2 to create the conversion to a value for now) need a second sensor for the numeric value to put the ring color back in while leaving the enum text.
