No card type configured

I can't making this card to work, I followed the instructions, but I keep getting "No card type configured" in lovelace. I restarted HA after downloading and adding it. Any advice? Thanks?

Yeah - I get "Custom element doesn't exist: circle-sensor-card."

You ever get it to work? Ta!

NM - got it to work - looks like the .js needs to go in the www/community folder; not in the www. Would love someone to explain why the documentation doesn't match what works? (Not just for this one - all custom cards that are installed manually just say the www folder...) Sorry - clearly very new to this!
