[Feature Request] Allow the stroke to complete with color options

Love your two lovelace cards so thanks for these.

Would is be possible to complete the stroke like the picture below with a base color while still allowing gradients for entity values?

This is different than #10. I like this look, so I think I'll add it. I've been wanting to change the value ring to have the same outer diameter as the main circle anyway
