Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Using the 'confirmation' option in a custom button card, the confirmation message shows ok but only for the first click. In subsequent clicks, the confirmation message isn't the only thing that pops up - it also displays 'Don't allow xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8123 to prompt you again' together with a check box. If you click on the check box then there are no more confirmation messages and the button tap action no longer functions.
Version of the card Version: 3.4.2
To Reproduce This is the configuration I used:
Not sure what to put here .... standard card with the confirmation option added
