configuration not possible in UI

Just installed it in HACS. After adding it to UI the configuration shows only 2 pulldowns, in these there are a couple of non labeled switches, some names without switches. Can't even chose an entity in UI. I tried to add an entity in code, this worked infact. Not really usable.
