Unfortunately, this is not covered by #2797. My warning is not related to a missing preprocessor but a broken `{{# include ... }}` path.

Supporting resource population just for App _post_ `txn.Access` could be an additional incentive to steer the ecosystem (and tools) towards this new resource declaration method.
