Install using Brew

Could this be made available to install and update via homebrew?

Hi @mayurankv,

I plan to make RESH available to install using brew. It's not straightforward because RESH needs to perform some post-install steps. I'm just about to release v3 with different improvements. That's why I don't have a time estimate to share at the moment.

I'll make sure to post any updates and estimates here.
